Great entertaining space for 14+ groups. Entertain upstairs with large balcony deck, big BBQ and Pizza oven, large inside lounge/family area, dining and kitchen area. Bathroom and 3 large bedrooms upstairs. Escape to downstairs with large play room with TV, XBox, pool table, table tennis, foosball/air hockey, board games and outdoor games galore. Gym and kids bedroom with bunks downstairs. Plus two additional double lounge beds in the play area for extra guests. An additional bathroom downstairs and full laundry opens out on to another deck space with premium outdoor setting leading on to the large back yard for your pets and kids featuring an extra large trampoline for the whole group! With only a 5 min walk to the beautiful beaches of Mollymook and the local shops and restaurants of the area including the famous Rick Stein’s! Wifi is “TheMook” with password “starwars31”. Entry into the property is via the side colorbond fence (pull the white cord and push open the RHS gate) and the lock box which sits attached on the pole at the base of the stairs from the ground floor to the second level deck. The code will be provided upon booking.
