And immediately thought: Nice here! The cozy, bright top-floor apartment offers 60 square meters of airy views. Here you can meet in the open-plan living/dining room, look out over the lake from the balcony and enjoy life. While you're still breathing serenity, all you have to think about is whether you're about to go outside full of energy or whether the desire for "wonderfully lazy" will win out ... Anyone who has moved into a bedroom with a cozy box-spring bed will wish for the famous hotel room sign "Do not disturb" so that they can simply continue dreaming. And it gets even better! The couch in the living room also has a box-spring core and can keep up with the quality of a full double bed. If you take a look around the open-plan living/dining room, you will see that you have landed in a large, tastefully furnished living area with an open kitchen, dining area and TV cabinet. In the renovated bathroom with washbasin and WC, guests can immerse themselves in a bathtub with integrated shower.
