Such a beautiful place and amazing people!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; we spent three nights here as part of our Honeymoon with the villa with private pool - the villa was exquisite and the service of the employees was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place :)

The property is was nice and quiet and clean. As the front entrance is still under construction we thought that it was going to be noisy and busy with workers, but we were pleasantly surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We're from the United States, and we visited Bali - Ubud for a portion of our honeymoon. We stayed in Bunut Garden Luxury Private Villa and it was like heaven! The private pool just outside our sliding patio doors was unbelievably wonderful and so peaceful. It felt like we were on our own private tropical island. We were served breakfast every morning, and there was several options to choose from. The roosters were a bit loud, but we actually enjoyed hearing them after the fist morning. The staff could not have been nicer. They accommodated every need, and they gave us complete privacy unless we asked for something. We'd recommend Bunut Gardens to everyone.

This property is amazing! Extremely private and away from Ubud which in my opinion made it better. It was extremely quiet and relaxing. They give you a free shuttle once per day to Ubud which is perfect, you take your mobile room phone and call them when your ready to be picked up. It was always private with no other guests in the shuttle. They were extremely friendly and gave excellent customer service, some of the best I have every had and I’ve stayed at a lot of places around the world. The main women at the front in particular was so genuinely friendly. They served breakfast right to your villa every morning as well, the menu got old after the second night but it was still really good. The villa was beautiful and very clean, the pictures show how amazing it is but in person it is show stopping. The bed was wonderful and the pool was fantastic. When every I go back to Bali, this will always be my place to stay.

The villa was beautiful! We loved our stay so much! The staff was so friendly and kind. The breakfast was amazing! Everything is a quick motor bike ride away. I would recommend this villa to anyone!! We stayed for our honeymoon and enjoyed it so much!

Bad experience

We had two nights in the villa. At first sight, everything seems almost perfect. The view was amazing. However, every morning during the stay, we got up with the construction sounds nearby which continued all day. It ruined all positive things about the property. We were here to relax and enjoy the view with sounds of nature and all we heard was construction sounds which made impossible to stay outside in the garden. After calling Hotels.com customer service, they contact the property. Since the property did not confirm the construction situation, we could not get refund the money back by Hotels.com. We would not definitely prefer this villa if we knew the situation. The worst thing was, the property did not do anything to compansate our bad experience!!!

Amazing!

Me and my wife spent 2 weeks here for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us! The villa had everything we needed, loved that we had a large water dispenser for free, plus little things like plug adaptors, teas, coffees etc were a nice touch. The staff were great and very friendly, we had a couple minor issues during our stay and they sorted everything out quickly and without any fuss at all. The location is nice and quiet, away from the business of Ubud centre, but close enough that the shuttle only takes 15-20 minutes to get there. The activites were great as well, slightly more expensive to go through the Villa but it was worth it as the driver will tell you all about the local culture, and take you to some quiet spots along the way, some of which are even better than main tourist attractions! The only thing to note, there isn't a great deal within walking distance of the Villa. A couple small food stores, and some very small Warungs, but if you wished to eat at a larger Warung/resturant most nights, you'd need to take a taxi or have your own transport. Overall we were really impressed with Bunut, and if your looking for a quiet base near Ubud then we'd highly reccommend staying here!

Well designed villa- My wife and I loved our pool and facilities in Villa 2 and the smiles from the very helpful staff Yuyun, Ashree and Julie. We were welcomed by lovely flowers when we arrived to celebrate our anniversary and the breakfast was a delight. The complementary Ubud city shuttle worked well for us too. Bugs are a reality in the tropics, but did not bug us for the most part.

Great place and great staff

We spent 5 nights in one of the villas. The place is really quiet and intimate. Everything you can expect from such villas was provided. It is also a real pleasure to chill at the villa, surrounded by nature. Each member of the staff was nice and always seeking to take care of us, without being intrusive. We also appreciated the daily free shuttle service to Ubud Palace.
