Não gostamos! Pois não ficamos até o último dia. Saímos um dia antes. Pois havíamos combinado o check-in antes da reserva consumada para as 09:00hs. Ele alterou após a reserva feita e confirmada. Então concordei pois não dava mais tempo de cancelar. Eu perderia 50% do valor. Fiz o check-in as 17:00hs. A casa estava com o piso cheio de água. Precisa melhorar a escada pois é muito perigosa. Meu filho adulto chegou à cair. Fogão funciona só três bocas. Forno do mesmo razoável. Precisa fogão novo. Os interruptores e as tomadas estão na altura das crianças. Chuveiro do terriu saí muito pouca água mesmo no morno ferve. Chuveiro do andar superior é bom. Porém o dijuntor do mesmo cai à cada dois ou três minutos. Parecia estar com temporizador. A casa estava ainda em fase de construção. Tendo realizado o check-out um dia antes. Verifiquei tudo depois de colocar toda a bagagem nos carros. Entrei novamente na casa levantei os colchões e verificando as camas constatei que estavam tudo em ordem. Do jeito que recebemos. A cama de casal estava com o estrado já remendado e à mesma emenda já se desfazendo. Já as de solteiro ok. Tanto no check-in como no check-out. Eu mudei uma cama de solteiro para o quarto onde estava a cama de casal pra meu filho especial ficar junto conosco no mesmo quarto. E o restante da família se acomodaram no outro quarto. E na onde séria a sala mas não é. É um quarto. Bom! Tendo realizado o check-out um dia antes deixei tudo certo. Quando foi no outro dia as 14:15 hrs. Ele me enviou uma foto da cama que estava no quarto que usamos eu minha esposa e meu filho especial. Na foto a cama estava com o encaixe quebrado e até mesmo sem o parafuso. Na foto aparecia o encaixe aberto com os batotinhos de encaixe quebrado e até sem parafuso. Como um adulto dorme numa cama sem parafuso. Ele me acusou de deixar a cama quebrada. Expliquei que não. Pois realizei toda a revista na casa antes do check-out. Aqui deixo registrado a minha insatisfação com o administrador e o seu imóvel. Pois o mesmo agiu de má fé. Desde antes da reserva consumada. Agradeço à Deus! Por meu filho não se machucar feio naquela escada. À outro sim! Não deixo nem um galão de água para nosso consumo. Só me enviou o número do fornecedor no whatzap.
