"I love this hotel! I always stay here when I come into town. The staff is great, and the included breakfast is even better. My room is always clean. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower, it was very low this visit. I’m not sure if it was just the shower spout in this room, or if the water pressure throughout the entire hotel is reduced. But this was still a pleasant visit."

"Very nice hotel, the breakfasts were excellent, clean rooms quiet. Centrally located, waling distance tothe National Mall, and a Metro station. Turely enjoyed our time there"
"The breakfast felt quite lacking. I think a bit more effort is needed. Out of the many places I’ve visited, this was the most disappointing breakfast experience."
"I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful when I had questions or problems. There’s also a Chinese restaurant nearby with reasonable prices and good food, which was really convenient. The location is not right in the city center, but there’s a bus stop nearby that goes directly to the center, where most of the monuments and museums are. Overall it was a comfortable and convenient stay."
"The worst the lighting in the room was horrible. Television didn't work couldn't change channels or volume and after informing the front desk manager he stated that he couldn't do anything about it and the engineers would have to help; come to find out he didn't bother to inform the engineering department nor add notes on the room in their computer system. The room was a disappointment overall.

"Staying at Zena was amazing. The comfort, the service, the atmosphere and the value was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying at Zena. The distance to all sightseeing destinations is minimal"
"This is a New'ish hotel in a New'ish neighborhood: NoMa. Street vibe is young. I was in town for business and it was very convenient for my work. Red Line Metro station about 200 metres away makes it easy to get downtown and DuPont Circle. Capitol Hill is 15 minute walk. There is a bar & restaurant on site but Starbucks is very close and a Harris Teeter if you have to stay in and need to pick up something to eat plus sandwich shops etc.
Place was a bit over-designed for my taste but then I'm older than most of the people who stay there and maybe they know how to make the iPad through which you access the entertainment system work. I couldn't figure it out."
