The view was identical to the picture and the place was very tidy. Particularly happy to find no dirty dishes in the cabinets.The location was perfect for us as it was not on the end of the island with all the bars. The pool was right up against the bar/restaurant so great for getting poolside drinks. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. Ideal for a couple or a family with young children. The condo location was very close to the pool which was nice. The beach, pool and restaurant were right there. The unit had all the necessities And the quality of the home was really nice! The only downside was the parking garage was right outside the bedroom window. So you could hear everything. Some nights were noisy by cars, people and luggage carts,, ##### Teresa T. The Bedroom window faces parking garage, stairway to other condos and gate to go in and out to pool and Beach area. Unfortunately we were not able to sleep thru the night without hearing every single sound. However the Place is Beautiful. ##### Teri G. Sliding door has metal bar that sticks up and could hurt someone. TV choice of networks is not good. Noise from garage is loud and at all times of day and night. We really enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Song Building; Rm. 312 at Beachside Colony! We were visiting SCAD so it was myself and my 2 college age kids. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable King bed and pull out sofa in living room. Great beach and pool access, right out your door and a few steps to the gate for pool area and private beach access, very convenient. We ate at The Deck Restaurant and Bar onsite a couple of nights and it was convenient with decent food. We used Tim's for beach chair rentals, AWESOME! They dropped off and picked up for free. We also used Instacart for a food order from Publix which was also very helpful and convenient. The delivery guy was so nice! He went out of his way to put our items in the fridge so they would not spoil! We literally arrived and were on the beach in 5 minutes! Beach is Beautiful!!! LOVED TYBEE ISLAND!
