Since the living room is the fourth Bedroom, it basically makes the living room unusable. The single window unit air conditioner was inadequate for a space that big. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Some friends and I stayed here to hike the Presidentials. The beds are very comfortable, house is charming, and kitchen well-stocked with cooking implements.
