"Walkable to the mall, stores and to National Express bus station.
Did not like that the rooms had no air conditioning. It was stifling hot. Sweated all night while trying to sleep. They kept the lobby nice and comfortable though. Even the stairway to the rooms was cooler than the rooms…"
"Stayed here for a night prior to a cruise. Family room was great size. Staff were all great abd very helpfuk. Breakfast was standard buffet breajfast, something for everyone, fresh and hot. Would stay again if we take another cruise from Southampton "
"Lovely pub/hotel with a great vibe. Titanic theme. Cosy room. Friendly staff. Huge breakfast with many options. Only negative was that there was no lift so bags were dragged up a couple of flights of stairs. Otherwise…fantastic!"
"We had a one night stay between cruises. The front desk receptionist, Carly greeted us upon our arrival and gave a few options to do while we waited for check in. We checked in but I room wouldn't be ready since we got there around 11am. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel and walk to mall that is very near. Had lunch and did some shopping. When we returned, a room was available for us early. Would definitely stay here again in the future. "
