Beautiful boutique hotel. Excellent staff. Excellent restaurant. Excellent position if going on a cruise.
Central to Southampton, port area and Old Centre. Fantastic amenities
Liked: Great breakfast. Let us check in early. Good sized room. Good location. Taps bit loose in bathroom. Pillows could be a improved. Windows that would open in bathroom would be helpful to help with cooling the room.
Good location and facilities. Good to have a large car par rather than a small one as some hotels have.
The room was excellent, quite spacious and a very nice bathroom. We had a great breakfast too in the Marco Pierre White Restaurant. On the down side, the view from the bedroom was pretty awful, and the noise from the seagulls went on all night. I would have preferred a higher floor.
The hotel is closed it went out of business 6 months ago stop advertising it on your site Expedia are a total disgrace for leaving this available for booking we were lucky to get in at the holiday inn worst experience ever!
Good welcome. Lovely room, but very small bathroom. Peaceful. Great WiFi. Dirty carpets in corridor.
The fact that is was so close to the cruise port was a plus. The hotel was clean and modern.
Location is great, we had one or 2 problems with the room but the staff did their upmost to sort them out and to be honest they did everything possible and in the end they did in fact sort out the problems.
