Watch some of the iconic cruise liners departing from the adjacent port at the beginning of their voyages out to sea.

Find Mayflower Park overlooking the water near the port, right in the core of Southampton. Arrive at Southampton Central Railway Station and walk south for about 20 minutes to get to the park. If you choose to drive, drop off your car in the site’s parking area. Book your lodgings in the area to be close to other intriguing sights such as the Quilter’s Vault, the Corner Tower and the Medieval Merchant’s House.
