The hotel reception was warm, inviting, and informative. They even arranged for an early check-in after disembarking from a cruise. The room was comfortable with robes, slippers, towel warmer, and updated bathroom. The bed and bedding were superb. We had dinner at the restaurant which was underwhelming and disappointing. Although service was attentive, the meal was bland, overpriced for what you got, and not worthy of past positive reviews. I contacted Ennios immediately. They informed me that I would have to contact Expedia as I had booked through them. Expedia contacted Ennios and were told that they would have to class it as a cancellation. I have contacted Ennios again but they refuse to help In any way. I made a genuine mistake when booking but have lost my money. I feel cheated and robbed.
