Even the furniture is all new. The great room offers a 75-inch, 4K home theater system with 360° surround sound. It opens to the dining room with an authentic Mexican table and chairs and has an open bar to the kitchen. The dining room offers the same views of the secluded desert wash, mountains, and the Four Saguaros. The main bedroom has a new luxury carpet, two closets, and a five-piece main bathroom with a brand new luxury vinyl floor and new glass block walk-in shower. Whether you choose to use your day hiking, playing some tennis at the shared courts, or soaking up some sunshine with a round of 18, returning to home base each evening will be a treat. Shopping won't be hard to find either, as the Marana Premium Outlets are just six miles away! Nearby attractions include the Ritz Carlton for golf and dining, as well as many trails for hiking and nearby restaurants and bars.
