### Luxury Truckee Chalet w/ Hot Tub, Deck & Workspaces – Near Donner + Tahoe

Available for the full month of July 2025\.   
  
This is not your average vacation rental—it's a true Truckee home with heart, soul, and plenty of personality. Our 3BR, 2.5BA chalet sleeps up to 7 and is nestled in the woods just outside downtown Truckee—20 minutes to Lake Tahoe, 10 to Donner Lake, and only 5 to the Truckee River.  
  
Step inside to an inviting living area with vaulted wood ceilings, wood laminate floors, and a grand wood stove. Gather around the large flat-screen TV, or sit in the hot tub on the deck and sip your morning coffee while immersed in the 180 degree view of the forest.  
  
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and bar seating, making it ideal for entertaining or cooking family-style.  
  
On the main floor, the master bedroom provide ample comfort and privacy, with its own full bathroom, with heated flooring, double faucet, walk-in closet, modern rain-shower. The second bedroom is ideal for a kid / teenager / single person but can also host another couple using a provided inflatable queen bed.  
  
The upstairs bedroom is really a den that can also double as a luxurious retreat, workspace, or artist studio with Persian carpet, design swivel chair, 3" sound isolation panels, a half bathroom — a serene space to unwind and get inspired.  
  
Step onto the sunny deck with tranquil forest views for outdoor dining in the fresh mountain air or for a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The expansive backyard, surrounded by towering pines, offers plenty of room for kids to play and explore.  
  
Owned by locals and lived in year-round, we are making it available as we are traveling on our yearly holiday. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay:  
  
✱ 1/2 acre property surrounded by trees, with plenty of privacy  
✱ Large deck with hot tub, German biergarten table, and a tiki bar  
✱ 2 workspaces with monitors + strong 5 Ghz WiFi  
✱ Persian and Moroccan rugs in most spaces

✱ 2 car garage + 4-car driveway  
  
Whether you're here to work remotely, explore the Sierra Nevada, write a novel, compose music, or do a mental retreat among the pines, this chalet blends mountain charm with everyday functionality—and none of that sterile rental feel.  
  
We are looking for tidy, respectful renters, who will treat this house as their own, and promise to respect the privacy and serenity of this neighborhood.
