This spacious 4 bed/2.5 bath home features a blend of modern and coastal décor and sleeps 13 people! The large backyard will be a highly frequented space during your stay, as it includes a grill with ample patio seating, a large dining table, a huge handmade Adirondack chair, a fire pit and a Hot Tub! Inside you can enjoy the two living spaces and all the board games this property provides. Our Favorite Things About This Home: From the charming and vibrant aqua door that greets you upon entering this beautiful retreat, to the breath-taking backyard space, there is so much that we love about this property! The gigantic blue chair outside is a great addition to this property and will make for some awesome photos with your loved ones. The kitchen is sure to meet all of your needs during your stay, as well as the comfortable living area with a large sectional couch, and the second living space that includes a PacMan Arcade Game! There are five TV's in total in this home, one in each living area, and in three of the bedrooms. This home is very family friednly and offers 2 pack n'plays and a high chair. Please note: The lake in the aerial photos is on private property. Interstate I-24 is a quarter mile away and you will road noise outside. There are noise machines and ear buds that we happily provide during your stay! There is a cemetery nearby which makes for a quiet friendly neighborhood. Home Layout: As you enter the home, the entryway brings you to the base of the stairs. To the left is the living area with a television and large sectional couch. To the right is the Master bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom and double sink vanity. Back through the living room, you will enter the kitchen and see the large dining room table with bench-style seating, and the laundry room and half bathroom just off of this space. From the kitchen, is access to the backyard where you'll find the shaded patio, porch seating, grill, and fire pit. As you make your way upstairs, you'll find the second comfortable living space at the top of the landing. Here you will find the PacMan Arcade Game, and access the rest of the bedrooms. The bedroom closest to the stairway has a King bed, the far left bedroom has 3 twin-sized beds, and the bedroom to the right of the stairs has two queen beds. The large closet in this bedroom also has a twin trundle bed. With our accommodations and careful attention to detail, you are sure to feel at home during your stay at Lake Hills Landing! Things to Know About The Property: \- Location: This spacious home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Downtown Trenton, GA or 25 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, TN. This property is on a 1 acre corner lot. \- In the winter you may hear the road noise while outside because Interstate I-24 is a quarter mile away. There are noise machines and ear buds that we happily provide during your stay! There is a cemetery nearby which makes for a quiet friendly neighborhood. \- The lakes in the aerial photos are on private property. \- Trundle bed shown in pictures is in the master bedroom spacious closet \- EV Charger in garage (Level 2-16 amps) \- Property has surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home. One in the driveway and a ring camera on the front door. HOT TUB: Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. Lady Bugs: You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel. The home was very clean and the space for everyone to stay was great. The “kids” teenager/young adult had room upstairs to veg out with their own tv. But it was the kitchen that was truly outstanding. The amount of and high quality of cookwear/drink wear I have never seen before in a stay. We had a great time!! ##### sarah l. The house accommodated all of us and we had everything we needed! Everyone slept great and the kitchen was well stocked! We loved all of the meyers soap and cleaning products! ;) The beautiful new washer/dryer was an added bonus! We loved the backyard, deck, fire pit and camp chairs to accommodate our group! We loved staying at this lovely property! It truly felt like home. Our daughter got married at Oakleaf Cottage and this house was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the venue and a large home with spacious rooms for our family. The beds were impeccable and comfortable. Very clean home throughout. Loved the back patio for coffee in the morning. The kitchen had everything we needed. Pet friendly - we brought our little Havanese and he felt right at home. We would definitely rent from this group again! This was very close to the school but also gave a mountain getaway excursion for the Family. Property was clean, spacious and perfect. Close to Lookout Mountain and easy to get to Chatanooga with a very scenic view. Would definitely return in future. Only suggestion would be a wall clock for the older generation that isn't phone dependent. Also a chair in the bedrooms for older people to sit and put on shoes who can't sit on the higher bed to do so. The ice maker should be fixed. Trays aren't feasible for the number of people this home accommodates. ##### Daniel F. There were other nice touches such as a fire pit, a nice deck with patio furniture, USB outlets, luggage racks, and a smart tv. There is quite a bit of road noise as the house is next to a major highway and there is also a train further off in the distance. The road noise did keep me up at night, so it’s just something to be aware of if you are a lighter sleeper like me. The three stars I gave for neighborhood and accuracy of online listing is due to the road noise. I felt plenty safe in the house and neighborhood even with the highway right there. The town of Trenton is very small. It has a couple of grocery stores, fast food restaurants, gas stations, a local cute coffee shop but not much else to offer. So if you are looking for a town to stroll around Trenton is not it. But if you are looking for a base camp for a large family within 30 minutes of Chattanooga and just down the road from Cloudland State Park then this house would be great for you. ##### Marissa T. Positives - AC, beds were comfy, Hot tub, Hot water & water pressure kept up with the family needs Things to improve on:This does seem more like a home that is just rented and nobody actually goes to see how the upkeep is- Grill grease fire needs DEEP CLEANED - The stove top & oven seem to need updating, they were not working properly - Apparently we were supposed to receive rules and information 3 days prior, we did not, I had to reach out as we were in the driveway trying to figure out how to enter the home- We were allowed one towel & one wash cloth per person & one dish rag per our stay - there is a washer and dryer but I'm not trying to do laundry every day personally (yes we are aware this is not a hotel, but a heads up would be nice and we could pack some towels)- The baby gate (which was pretty broken) but kept the baby off the stairs- The "play area" is at the top of the stairs and there is no gate at the top, only the bottom - There are a lot of little things that were broken & could easily be repaired - Knowing that we were bringing a baby, it would have been nice to have the cleaning crew at least wipe the highchair free of crumbs & spider eggs -- cleaning fees?- Lots of cobwebs in the home ##### Farrah R.
