Top.Es gibt vor der Türe einen kleinen Park mit einem Spielplatz wo ein Teil auch überdacht ist.Es war aber nie zu laut gewesen.Geschäfte und Strand innerhalb weniger Gehminuten gut zu erreichen.Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage die auch die Räume beheizen kann, gut für Überwinterer.Eigentlich hätte ich gerne 5 Sterne gegeben jedoch gibt ein paar Dinge die nicht so toll waren.Tapete im Flur löst sich, Toilettenbrille im Schlafzimmerbad locker.Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig was an der spanischen Bauweise (dünne Wände) liegt, ist aber ok.Wo man sehr aufpassen muss ist im Schlafzimmer-Bad die lila Fliesen. Sie sind extrem rutschig wenn man mit Strümpfe oder auf einem Handtuch nach dem Duschen darauftritt.Sehr gefährlich!!Ein weiteres grosses Problem ist die Balkontüre.Diese darf man NICHT von aussen zuziehen!! Die hakt dann unten ein, geht in die Kippstellung und man kommt nicht mehr in die Wohnung hinein!! Einmal passiert, war jemand noch drin.Es gibt einen Trick.
