\- The person making the booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. He/she is responsible for the stay and behaviour of all guests in the property.

\- There must be silence between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
\- Guests will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned to the accommodation before arrival.

It may take another 5-10 working days before the transaction is visible in your bank account. Depending on your card provider, a reservation/release may not be visible.
