The beautiful newly built apartment in the center of La Mata of 72 m² on the beachfront.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, American kitchen and living room with terrace overlooking the sea with capacity for 4 people. It has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, such as a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and a water resistant. The house has WIFI and central air conditioning (hot/cold).
The apartment has a parking space below the same building.
It is located in a beautiful area next to the main square of La Mata, ideal for families. The very big and beautiful beach is located in front of the building, as close as possible. The closest small supermarkets are 50m away, and 5-15m away is the area of the restaurants and bars on the beach of La Mata.
If you want to spend an unforgettable day with your family or friends, 7 km away you arrive at the most beautiful water park in Torrevieja Aquopolis, next to it you will find the Habaneras Shopping Center with shops for shopping and a restaurant area to suit your taste. In the 9 km they arrive at the central port of Torrevieja with the tourist fair and the Paseo Amusement Park where they can spend fun time with the children.
A perfect environment to spend unforgettable holidays on the Costa Blanca.

We’ve stayed here twice before, because of the location , secure parking and these apartments are generally well equipped.Our first stay was great, our second stay was a different apartment and it had not been cleaned. This stay was particularly bad…..we arrived after a long flight, but picked this place because we knew the key process and knew we could securely park and get food near by when we arrived late at night. However, this time, no key fob for the garage, so had to move our things through the front door and then find parking on any random street we could find. The letting agency did give us a garage key the following day. We came back because we knew we needed washing facilities, even during a four night stay we needed to do laundry as we returned from an overseas trip. Both previous apartments had serviceable washing machines….but not this one. I reported it as soon as I discovered there was a problem, but it couldn’t be fixed in the four days we were there. We even changed our plans to be available for a repair person to attend, twice. To no avail.Therefore, the secure parking and the washing machine advised ( and clearly paid for) was not what we got.I was given a 10% refund…….i don’t consider this was enough and I could have booked something 60% cheaper to not have a washer or secure parking.The only good thing about these apartments is the location.Will never stay here again!

#### Schöne moderne Wohnung
Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm, ebenfalls die schöne Strandlage! Der Check in war weniger schön! In der angegebenen Schlüsselbox war kein Schlüssel, Samstag Abend, keiner ging ans Telefon! Erst nach weiteren Versuchen ist eine Mitarbeiter in gekommen und hat den Schlüssel gebracht!
