HARBOURVIEW TORQUAY is a 5 STAR LUXURY ARCHITECT DESIGNED Villa with stunning SEA & HARBOUR VIEWS. It has been newly built as 2 Upmarket Self-Contained SUITES The Ground Floor Suite is available to Rent with the Owners living in the 1st Floor Suite The SUITE is fully Self Contained with 2 Designer Bedrooms and a Luxury Bathroom. The décor & furnishings are Stylish & Modern. The Suite has its Own Private Entrance, Garden with Decking, 2 Car Parking Spaces and is close to the Beach. The space The SUITE is in the ENGLISH RIVIERA in a QUITE LOCATION but only a 5 minute walk into town with its Shops, Bars, Cafe's and Restaurants. It is also less than a mile away from local beaches and picturesque coves. The SUITE is fully SELF CONTAINED and totally Private. It has its own private Garden with a secluded decking area which is not overlooked. The Decking Area has a Dining Table and 4 Chairs plus a Traditional Barbecue. To the side of the Suite there is an additional Sun Bathing garden with sun loungers. Perfect for watching the AMAZING SUNSETS. There is secure off road Private Car Parking next to the Suite for 2 Large Cars. The SUITE has High Speed Internet access and a UHD 4K Smart TV in each bedroom. The property is a modern and comfortable place to stay in. The host is extremely welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. We were provided with various ideas and options for things to do in and around the area with a few hidden gems too! The welcome was lovely and we were provided with some lovely refreshments and a run through of everything in the property. Generous parking space, easy to get to. The accommodation is exactly as promised and more with lots of little details that make a big difference. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Quiet surrounding but a short walk to the center. Beautiful view of the sea. The hosts are not only helpful, caring and friendly but they also gave us plenty of good tips for restaurants and places to visit which we enjoyed a lot. Waterfall taps no less!! Wonderful accommodation overlooking Torquay Harbour. Luxury is the word. Fantastic "goodies box" on arrival and Martin was full of good advice regarding the area and days out. Ideal for those, like us, wanting to explore the area, not just Torquay. Lots to do within 10 miles, some places we would not have known about without Martins knowledge. It is architect designed and a beautiful modern looking building with a very nicely appointed interior. Thoughtful touches included a supply of drinks, bread and jam and milk on arrival. There is even a pair of binoculars to use when admiring the superb view over the Torquay marina. The host was very knowledgeable about places to visit and local restaurants. They had already provided restaurant recommendations along with phone numbers and addresses. On to the rooms, both beautifully made up with a very modern style, bathroom the same with walk-in shower and double sinks. There is no kitchen, but instead fridge, multi microwave, and slow cooker in the main bedroom hidden inside the wardrobe with air fryer toaster and kettle on shelving alongside, a good compromise to not having a full kitchen. Table and chairs also for indoor dining. Washing up facilities shared with the double sink in the bathroom. Outside area included a garden sunbathing area, a real suntrap and around the corner a BBQ with everything required provided and outside seating. To end, driveway parking outside. Other than the hills, which you can't avoid in this part of the country it's a wonderful place to stay. Martin and Diane live upstairs so on hand whatever you require but to be honest you wouldn't know anyone else was there. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had more for us than what we needed. Chilled bottle of Prosecco, variety of drinks and snacks all waiting for us in their beautiful, modern, clean eco-friendly home. Martin’s thorough knowledge of Torbay was fantastic and it meant we had many places to visit on our trip, all as fantastic as described.
