Wonderful apartment and in a really busy, fun, and entertaining location. We were a family of 5 adults, with 3 grown boys, so it was great to have 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of places to eat, drink, and get deserts right outside the front door. And it is only a 2-3 minute walk to the train station. Communication with the owner was excellent. She stayed in touch and was available for questions and requests from the time we booked the apartment. She even provided a 25 page booklet of instructions for the apartment with things like how to use the many remotes, AC, washing machine, stove and amenities - all translated in 3 languages. This spot is an excellent choice and I highly recommend it. Shinjuku is a great spot to stay.

Room for the whole family overlooking the bustling street. Surprisingly quiet given all the activity down below. Close to the train station and food and convenience stores. Handy kitchen and laundry. Only drawback for us is painfully slow WiFi.

We had such a lovely stay at this property. Its location next to Shin Okubo station is extremely convenient for exploring Tokyo. The interior itself is very efficient with its space. We had a party of 6 adults and were all comfortable!

The apartment was clean and efficient. Owner was very communicative. Was near many restaurants and shops. My only complaint was the noise level. It is right off a main road, so we could hear sirens, horns, people yelling. I wore earplugs so it wasn’t too bad. It really was in the center of the action, and 1.5 blocks from a train stop.

The location was great—close to restaurants, 7‑Eleven, and FamilyMart. It was also close to Shin‑Okubo Station, approximately a 2‑minute walk.The property was clean and well maintained. We especially liked the two bathrooms and toilets, which were perfect for our family of five.The bedding was comfortable; however, some nights it could be quite noisy as the property is located on a busy street.The washing machine was a plus. It would have been even better if there was a dryer, as we had four days of wet weather during our stay.The host was very helpful and provided clear check‑in instructions and directions on how to get to the property.

Apart from the initial confusion of trying to locate the property after a long flight we were kindly assisted by 2 local girls who walked us to this place. We specifically booked this so we could all have some space. We figured out the heaters and how to get hot water and we were fine. The location was fantastic. Great amenities

Amazing place, perfect location!

Great location just within a station with a few stops to shibuya, Shinjuku, and harjuku! Quick easy walk to the subway! Place was big with two full bath! Made it a breeze with 5 people. Host was very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and out! Would highly recommend this location if wanting to visit the places above

Close to metro. Above the busy street noise. Nice apartment.

Apartment was nice size for five adults. So nice to have 2 showers and 2 toilets. Conveniently close to lots of restaurants and konbini. Even a Don Q just down the road. A small mix up with room assignments but host quickly resolved the issue. Washer was great to have and it was able to partially dry clothes but in the humidity of June, just had to hand clothes…lots of hangers for this. Would recommend a stay here
