Fantastic 4 bedroom Villa with Hot tub, private pool and amazing views

Casa Alegranza has a modern yet comfortable open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8 and large living area. The living area comprises of 3 large sofas where you can relax and watch your favourite programs on the 42in TV.

This beautiful Villa is perfectly located near the world famous sporting facility of la Santa where all the top sports athlete converge in the winter to facilities for all to use are second to none. The property has a warm feel of home with its comforts like washing machine, WIFI and UKTV. In addition to this you can expect to relax in style in your own hot tub under the stars staring out over the Island of Alegranza.

Children are welcome and the villa is completely wheelchair accessible. If required we can supply all the latest equipment needed to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS PROPERTY ONLY THE LOWER FLOOR IS USED....SO THE 4 BEDROOMS ARE LOCATED ON THE LOWER FLOOR WHERE THE KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ARE AND 2 BATHROOMS ARE ALL LOCATED...THE TOP FLOOR IS ALWAYS VACANT!!!!!!

Great property for a family break.

Spacious house with a well equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great. Host was very responsive when needed and we loved the location - quiet with a lots of local restaurants if we weren't eating in.

Great Location With Far Reaching Views

The property was great with plenty of room for a large family. Pool was lovely, and cleaned during our visit. We hired a car and all the resorts and places of interest were within a 30 minute drive. Property was just a little tired, but it didn't spoil our holiday. Rossi was very helpful and on hand for any emergencies.

Nice place to your journey

Spacious villa with a nice jacuzzi. Maybe improve the cleaning (mosquito killed ont the walls, mirror a little bit dirty and toilet seat broken) However the villa is very nice to reach all island. The place is silent. We took a very good journey in this house (More kitchen tools and pot would be better)

Spacious villa, quiet location, middle location

Villa is nice and spacious. 4 bedrooms on ground floor, 2 bathrooms, dining area, lounge and big kitchen. Kitchen had most things to make it easy to cook. Owners left some food, water, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, hand wash, suncream and after sun and alcohol which was generous of them. They also let us have a late check out. Jacuzzi was really appreciated as it can be cold with the wind in the evening. Could of done with more water and cleaning during its stay, as could the pool. Pool nice size and not to deep. Furniture comfortable throughout. Some beds better than others but acceptable. Outside furniture was great and plenty of beds to use. The host responded quickly to any issues that arose. Location is more locals but there were no issues. Everything about 20 to 35 mins away. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the villa.

really nice villa

We had a great time at this villa all on one leavel, pool, hot tub ect. Also with it's central location on the island, with a car the furthest points on the island are accessible within about 30 mins. all in all realy nice.

Villa very nice , kitchen excellently stocked and fittings and furnishings throughout villa of high quality. Plenty drawer space but no wardrobes in bedrooms which limited hanging space. Really nice hot tub. Pool not warm enough but after speaking to Mick the pool man (very pleasant man)he turned up the heat and was great but someone later reduced heat so could not use a such as we would have liked. Some nice restaurants in La Santa and villages near but a car is a must.
