This home is lakefront, not beachfront. The home is lake located across the street from Winnisquam Lake. However it includes a big party deck directly on the water. With amazing views and three bedrooms, our guests are always comfortable and find that with the location they’re directly in the heart of the lakes region,close to 93 and only 3 miles to Laconia and Lake Winnipesaukee! With three bedrooms and three beds, this would suit six people comfortably, however, in the master bedroom, there’s a chase lounge attached to the sofa, which could be used for an extra sleeping area. . We have included extra sheets and blankets.
