About this property

Charming 3-bedroom house on Winnisquam Lake,

  • Totally refurbished 3 bedroom house on Lake Winnisquam. This home is lakefront, not beachfront. The home is lake located across the street from Winnisquam Lake. However it includes a big party deck directly on the water. With amazing views and three bedrooms, our guests are always comfortable and find that with the location they’re directly in the heart of the lakes region,close to 93 and only 3 miles to Laconia and Lake Winnipesaukee!

    With three bedrooms and three beds, this would suit six people comfortably, however, in the master bedroom, there’s a chase lounge attached to the sofa,
    which could be used for an extra sleeping area. . We have included extra sheets and blankets.

    The owner welcomes new guests,and offers a two hour boat ride on his Pontoon boat free for his guests to explore Winnisquam Lake, and visit the famous sandbar, where people can swim and party

    We welcome you to the lakes region and hope that you enjoy your stay!
