A lot easier getting door code via sms than getting a key.

The property itself was very functional and good value for money

This is our 2nd year booking and staying the same property. Both experiences have been easy. Booking was easy. Upon arrival we were unable to use the garage with was part of the accomodation. After several ph calls this was fixed 24 hrs later. Stayed 01/07/2018 to 06/07/2018

We had a lovely stay at Ramshead Creek 3

Thanks so much for the lovely gift on arrival - loved that! Only issue we had with our stay was the internet drops out every day around 12.30, 1pm and doesn't come back on for 1.5 to 5 hours but I am not sure that is even anything to do with the property - its just that it was everyday around the same time with varying lengths - only noticed it as I dont go skiing so I am in the chalet all day using the internet (most guests wouldn't even notice as they would be out all day I suspect...)
