Hot Tub all the amenities you could want. Lots of woods, 2 ponds, and open areas to do outdoor activities. Easy drive to shops and restaurants. We are in the heart of Amish Country where you will find Bakeries Shops Greenhouse and other unique finds. You wont find a more spacious property around to rent. Firepit Grill and outdoor seating. The attention to detail is unmatched. This spacious retreat offers the best of both worlds: a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home plus a fully separate guest suite—perfect for families, groups, or multiple couples traveling together. The Main House • 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths • Large deck across the front for morning coffee or evening drinks • Hot tub for relaxing under the stars • Open living space designed for comfort and connection 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements • House: 3 bedrooms (sleeps your core group comfortably) • Guest Suite: Queen bunk bed + full-size futon (sleeps up to 6 additional guests) The Guest Suite (Separate from Main House) Located in the back of the detached garage, the guest suite gives you plenty of flexibility and privacy. • Sleeps up to 6 with queen bunk + futon • Full bath • Kitchenette with apartment-size fridge and stove top • Arcade games including Pac-Man & Centipede • Perfect for giving kids their own fun hangout space—or for couples who prefer a little privacy during group stays. Whether you’re gathering for a family trip, a couples’ retreat, or just need extra room for guests, this property has everything you need for comfort, fun, and relaxation. We are an easy drive to Hocking Hills, Lake Alma, Lake Rupert, Lake Logan, Lake Katherine. We have Kayaks you can rent for Lake Jackson even delivery and pickup service with advance notice. You will not find a nicer nightly rental this place is over the top. You can make a vacation out of just staying on the property exploring. We also own a Venue at the opposite end of the property with great outside places to take pictures etc... You will not have access to the venue but are welcome to take outdoor pictures or walk around the Venue if no events are going on. If events are happening we ask you repect their privacy. If you like getting out in the country you wont regret this. There are grocery and gas stations 3 miles away in the Village of Oak Hill. Or you can head to the county seat of Jackson about 20 minutes away where you will find local restaurants or brewery and a selection of different retail. There is a pond behind this property and another at the Venue. We also rent kayaks with or without delivery to use on Lake Jackson. The owner has equipped the vacation rental with amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund monies or relocate guests due to any of these (TV, VCR, DVD, gas log fireplace, jetted tub, hot tub, arcade games, small appliances, etc.) not working or malfunctioning. No refunds will be made for acts of God, loss of electrical power, water, air conditioning, or cable outages. In the event of a mechanical failure, we will make every effort to have all reported malfunctions corrected as promptly as possible. All our properties are privately owned. We supply enough consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry det, trash bags etc...to get started. If you have multiple guests, long stays, or use a lot of these items be prepared to bring your own or pickup at one of the local convenience stores nearby. We do not restock these items while being rented. "It is the guest's responsibility to accurately account for all adults and children in their booking. Failure to do so will result in charges for the maximum number of guests." We were out front starting the grill and my girls were about to get into the hot tub when a lady pulls in to throw her trash in the dumpster the sits out front of the house, later that evening a man comes to water the flowers for two of the three days. The listing details claim to have 25 acres to enjoy well that Saturday we headed over too the other pond for pictures and there was a party of 20 cars on the property that I had rented to enjoy! When I inquired about it, I was told it wasn’t available due to an upcoming event. It worked out fine but I think the listing was a bit deceptive. The hot tub looked a bit cloudy the first night. We did not alert the host but I’m sure if we had he would have worked to correct it. Overall a beautiful place and friendly host. My mom enjoyed her birthday and that was what was most important.
