This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Lovely stay at Stone Villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lovely hospitality tray which was topped up each day was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Highly recommended.

The attention to detail in each of the rooms (our family occupied 5 of the rooms) is amazing. Each is completely different but presented to a very high standard. We were wanting for nothing and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. A great place to stay in a great location.

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

What a fabulous stay. Downtown Chester with parking; the location is excellent - less than 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The hotel itself is spotless with a really modern yet classical style. Amenities are good (eg premium coffee and tea - and biccies) and the bed was super comfortable. Great first impressions upon arrival, interior decor makes it feel luxurious and staff were attentive; nothing was too much trouble. Lack of parking nearby is the only downside and was more because of how bad the weather was, but convenient for walking into the center in the evening.

An absolutely stunning period property in an enclosed setting. Couldn't ask for a warmer welcome on arrival, and immediately made to feel that no request was an inconvenience. Such courteous and attentive staff. A great stay for my Dad & I whilst at the nearby motor racing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue to others.
