The villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and pool in Moraira is nestled in the Benimeit hills of the Costa Blanca. It offers stunning views of the Teulada Valley, the city of Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea. The spacious, detached house is situated on a plot of 1000 sqm. The wrought-iron gate leads to a large parking and turning area at the back of the house.
The house was extensively renovated in 2018, pool and terrace newly built.
RESIDENTIAL
A small entrance hall leads to the spacious living and dining area with a modern kitchen. The whole house is on one level. There are no steps separating the living area, pool and terrace.
Large windows and doors provide views of the city and sea from the entire living area.
Through a large double door you enter an open naya (covered terrace) and pool terrace. Spacious lounge furniture in the naya and on the terrace invite you to relax.
In the living room is a TV with satellite channels in HD with remote control for your entertainment. Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms and on the terrace. Double-glazed windows and balcony doors throughout the house ensure that it remains pleasantly cool even at high temperatures in the house. All rooms are equipped with remote controlled air conditioning.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is fully equipped (stainless steel sink, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, juicer etc.). Tableware and cookware is abundant, as are all common appliances and utensils. The kitchen is also air conditioned.
BEDROOM BATHROOM
From the kitchen, a hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of three large double bedrooms, each with bedside tables, touch lamps and fitted wardrobes including hangers. From the master bedroom you also have a perfect sea view.
Both bathrooms are equipped with sink, toilet and shower. In bathroom 2 is also a washing machine.
TERRACE
The large terrace invites you to relax on the whole width. Neither the terrace nor the pool are visible from the outside, the glass balustrade gives the terrace and the pool area extra lightness. On the side of the house is a lounge bed, a table for 8 people and the barbecue.
All this with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea.
Swimming pool, terrace, outdoor kitchen and naya are all lit up - ideal for a few more laps at midnight!
INFORMATION
Our local rental partner, Mrs. Ramira Del Valle of Turisol Alquileres, takes care of the maintenance of the villa and is at your disposal to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. This can be a tip for a destination, or even help and assistance in an emergency. As a welcome at the beginning of your holiday, she will guide you through the villa and explain all the details. On your departure, she is on hand to clarify any problems.

#### Misrepresented
This Villa is misrepresented in the advert. We have complained many times to Vrbo (after the host stopped replying to messages) from the 1st day of our holiday. We are still awaiting action. The list of issues is too long to add on here. In a nutshell, the quality of kitchen equipment is cheap, the kettle was broke when we arrived, the coffee maker was leaking, the hob wasn't working for the whole holiday. One of the bedrooms had no wardrobes, and none of them had a chest of drawers!! We had to store all our clothes that would have been in drawers, on the bed in the spare room. There are 4 of us. The advert says it sleeps up to 6 people. Good luck with that. The list goes on.

Von der gesamten Terrasse und vom Pool hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf Moraira und das Meer. Diverse Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten runden den Außenbereich ab und bieten alle Möglichkeiten der Erholung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
