Boasting breathtaking sea views, a private pool, and three bedrooms spread across two independent floors, this house accommodates up to six guests.
The upper main floor welcomes you with a light-filled living room featuring comfortable sofas, offering sweeping views of the sea and a separate home office area. Relax in the cozy lounge with Smart TV, on which you can use your own Netflix account, watch the German satellite TV and Spanish channels. Or step outside onto the semi-covered terrace, where you can dine while admiring the mesmerizing views of the sea and valley.
Inside there is also a dining area, conveniently adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Prepare delicious meals with ease using modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, ceramic hob with four burners and oven, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
On this floor are two bedrooms, both featuring air conditioning for your comfort. The first bedroom has a double bed (200×180) and direct access to the terrace, while the second bedroom also offers air conditioning and a double bed (200×160). There’s a spacious bathroom, complete with a toilet, bidet, corner bathtub, shower, and double sink. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board, as well as a separate guest toilet with a washbasin.
At the pool-level, you’ll find an independent apartment with a living room, German satellite TV and Spanish channels, and a ceiling fan, along with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator with a small built-in freezer, filter coffee machine, and ceramic hob with 2 burners. The bedroom features air conditioning and a double bed (200×180), and there’s a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and shower.
