It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends. Moreover, it’s located less than five minutes by car from the charming town of Moraira and just a 10-minute walk from a supermarket and a delightful French bakery.
Upon entering, you're welcomed into a beautifully landscaped garden featuring a sparkling 10x3.5m kidney-shaped pool, surrounded by sun loungers and offering stunning views of Moraira and the sea. The outdoor space is designed for seamless entertaining, with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen that includes a gas barbecue, sink, fridge, oven, induction hob, and dishwasher, all complemented by a covered dining area. For added convenience, there’s an additional dining spot next the house with stunning sea views, as well as an outdoor guest toilet.
Step inside from the terrace and into the bright and airy dining area, where large windows frame the magnificent coastal scenery. The stylish open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a water kettle, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living room, designed for both relaxation and entertainment.
