Adora is a modern villa with a warm Mediterranean touch, just 5 min. drive from the center of Moraira, a quiet and sophisticated small town on the beautiful Costa Blanca. Moraira enjoys some of the most beautiful beaches and coves in the area and a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. It has grown in tourist interest year after year and has become a hotspot for everyone looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It is located 1km from the Ifach Golf Club, and 2 km from the Pepe la Sal shopping center, with several shops, bars and restaurants around.
Adora offers charming panoramic views in a central residential area. There is parking for 2 cars, one in the garage, where the washing machine and dryer are located. On the top of the garage, there is a roof terrace with nice views of Moraira hills. In the bright exterior of the villa, we find a private pool, sun loungers and a cozy covered barbecue right next to the pool. All are framed by a beautiful Mediterranean-style garden that offers a high level of privacy.
From the pool terrace, we enter the interior of the villa, where all the accommodation is on one floor. We find a fully equipped kitchen-dining room open to a cozy living room with a Smart TV. We continue to find a double room with an ensuite shower room, another with two single beds, both with A/C units, and another bathroom with shower/WC. Its modern atmosphere and location, along with its panoramic views, will make it difficult for you to leave this charming place.
