"The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Roman baths museum and lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. "

"Upon arrival the receptionist was very blunt/rude and not welcoming at all. Made a big fuss about parking my van around the back (like I did with no issue during my last stay) and said I should have contacted the hotel before, which I did with no reply. When I showed her the message she just shrugged it off and said we don’t check bookings made through a third party - but was very happy to take the £600 payment off me!"
