    Escape the busy crowds in this idyllic cottage surrounded by countryside views. This immaculately presented two bedroom property is located in the tranquil village of Woolverton situated on a farm, with limited light pollution perfect for watching the night sky! Inside there is a large living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and bathroom. This peaceful home is a gem for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.



    The Space:

    When arriving at this beautiful property you enter via a pebble path into a private stone courtyard. The perfect enclosed space that catches the sun for relaxing breakfasts or summer evenings by the fire pit. There is outdoor seating ideal for alfresco dining.



    Through the entrance this beautiful cottage leads directly into to the main kitchen, dining, living area. With a fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats four, it has everything you need for your stay. The gorgeous living area has a comfy sofa and smart TV accompanied by a log burner perfect and for those cold winter evenings.



    Walk along the hallway to find the utility room equipped with a toilet and sink as well as a washing machine. The hallway then leads into the stunning modern bathroom fitted with a bathtub and shower over the bath.



    The bedrooms are situated at the end of the hallway. Bedroom two has a double bed and wardrobe, with a window facing out over the fields at the near of the property.



    Bedroom one is opposite with a generous king sized bed, built in wardrobe and double doors leading out onto the back patio.

    Step out of the double door into the second outdoor space, this gorgeous patio allows for the perfect relaxing area to enjoy a morning cup of tea or read a book while looking out over the beautiful British country side, and you may be lucky enough to have a visit from the friendly sheep that occupy the surrounding field.



    The cottage is all on one level, however there are two small steps in the hallway from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. As well as a step down to the back patio.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have an allocated parking area for two cars and private entrance to the home. Access to the front and back patio is private.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located in the quiet rural village of Woolverton, there is endless rolling fields with plenty of walks and bike rides. The neighbouring village of Rode is home to two lovely pubs. The village allows convent access to Frome a bustling market town full of independent shops and cafes. As well as being only a 25 minute drive from the centre of Bath.



    Getting Around:

    We advise arriving by car but there are regular buses to Bath city centre and Frome from Woolverton. There are reliable local taxi firms available.



    Other Things to Note:

    One well behaved dog is welcome! We kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. They must be kept on a lead at all times when outside of the property and courtyard, as this is a working farm with livestock. There is a £35 charge for your dog that stays with us.
