First time visiting. Overall, it met or exceeded our expectations. However, we found their MXN 696.00 price tag for their breakfast hotel quite excessive. We don't remember having seen the price advertised on the restaurant's entrance. The staff was very friendly, and the food quality was unquestionable, but the breakfast experience failed to meet the value-price mark for us.

I would definitely not recommend the property. The service in the pool area was very limited, I struggled a lot getting specifically the dishes I ordered as well as the drinks. The quality of the food is not good and the hotel seems to be under staffed. The place has a great potential to have something a lot better, I would not come back to the hotel, at least not in the near future.

Todo estuvo excelente aunque estuvimos 5días 4 noches y todas las noches no pudimos dormir bien ya que se escucha el ruido de los huéspedes de a lado(cabe mencionar que diario hubo cambio de huesped), eso si un tache para el hotel, pero en general la gente muy amable

La vista está muy bonita, las habitaciones tienen balcón, todo está en estilo colonial mexicano, el complejo está bonito! Las habitaciones son comodas, pero falta una remodelación para poder cumplir con la categoria. El aislamiento de sonido está muy pobre, se pueden escuchar las conversaciones de los huespedes entre una y otra habitación, lo cual es bastante molesto. El servicio de restaurante varia, los platillos no siempre están bien preparados. En total el hotel tiene que hacer un esfuerzo para poder cumplir con las expectativas.
