The staff was excellent. Yaneli at Oyster Bar went out of her way to ensure our dinner experience was great. Miguel, Bryan, Rafael, and Roger and the cooks at Colores were friendly and attentive excellent service. Nayeli at the archery range was excellent as well. She made it fun and safe. Kudos to all the staff they made it a wonderful stay.

Booked through Expedia. Ended up with a flight to Mexico city 8 1/2 hours from resort. When we called the resort to explain, there was ABSOLUTELY NO understand or accomadation for our situation. Can't say a word about the resort itself but the customer service was definitely lacking. Lost our entire trip expense with no empathy. Was heartbreaking to say the least.

Lots of births in the colores restaurants and the all inclusive service is not like the ones you usually visit, they charge you $150 every time you order room service and la terrasa restaurant the steaks are most horrible steaks I have ever try

All the people that works there were very nice and the food was good. The only bad experience was in the reception, with the receptionist at the time of checking in and also at the time of checking out they were not friendly and they have bad attitude. We didn’t feel welcome at that time.

Creo que deverian mejorar la entrada al hotel ya que llegamos desde las 10 de la mañana y nisiquiera te dejan estar en el lovi en lo que esperas tu entrada te dejan afuera del hotel si no traes carro o en que esperar te quedas en el sol despues de que ya te dan entrada tu habitación te la entregan asta las 3 de la tarde lo que si esta muy bien es el servicio de los meseros realmente atentos y muy amables la comida muy rica

Enjoyed the fact that this truly an all inclusive resort. They had activities included! My favorite was the bike ride through the national park. The staff were all very kind and attentive. The shows at night were also great and different every night. Really enjoyed my stay!

I really love my stay at the Azul Resort. The only thing that I didn’t like was at the time of check in and also at the time of check out. The receptionists was rude and she didn’t made me feel welcome at time of my arrival. I made two reservations under my husband’s name and some how there was a confusion in the reservations. It came out to be that one of the reservations was under my son’s name. And he never did the reservations. I ended up getting another room. The rest of the staff was very friendly and courteous.
