Furnished to a high standard, the apartment comprises of 2 double en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, a separate bathroom on the lower floor, lounge/dining room with balcony, utility area, roof top terrace and a private underground car park. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dual gas/electric hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, juice extractor and dishwasher. Other amenities include free wi-fi, washing machine, iron & ironing board, hairdryers and a vacuum cleaner. There is also beach equipment, sun umbrellas and 2 sun loungers. The spacious lounge / dining room has a large screen TV with 150 local and international channels, DVD player with sound bar, 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and air conditioning. The lounge balcony has a bistro-style table with 2 chairs whilst the roof top terrace has a larger table with 4 chairs. Water taxis to Cabanas Island are only a 1 minute walk away and the short crossing provides access to 7 km of beautiful unspoilt beaches which have lifeguards in designated areas in high season. On the island is a café-bar, showers, toilet facilities and sun beds with umbrellas are available for rent. There are numerous other outdoor activities to enjoy that are also within short walking distance, include bike hire, kayaking, boat trips, kite surfing, fishing trips, coastal walks and bird watching.
