Мы столкнулись с тем, что, во-первых, на ресепшн наше бронирование не нашли, во-вторых, в самом предложении отеля не указывалось, что забронированные нами комнаты находились на 4 и 5 этажах без лифта. Пришлось долго разбираться и доказывать, что нами забронированы и оплачены 2 номера. В итоге поздней ночью нас разместили, но совсем не в те комнаты, которые мы бронировали.
