I’ve stayed at this property several times & I don’t have anything to complain about. I like the 24 hour security in the parking lot. The staff is very pleasant and the bed very comfortable.

Nice Hotel; But Dangerous WiFi Requirement
It is a nice hotel with a good buffet breakfast. However, to sign up for Wi-Fi, you must give the hotel access to all of your contacts' information. Not good! Most hotels just have Wi-Fi and a password. Secondly, the bathrooms are tiny, not much they can do about it now; but they are uncomfortably small.

A good place to sleep in when on business or just passing by Tapachula. The hotel is new so amenities are in great condition.

Buena opción de estadia, faltó confort al dormir
El personal del hotel muy amable, atentos y con disposición de ayudar. Solicite habitación con dos camas dobles, pero las camas tienen la dimensión mas estrecha que hubiera yo conocido anteriormente, confortable para un solo adulto, poco confortable para dormir en pareja.

This is a very nice hotel, friendly staff, nice accommodations, and economical. The breakfast is excellent. Have stayed here a number of times as well as other One hotels. Will recommend them.
