We loved the boutique feel of the hotel and how intimate it felt. It was a great place to spend our first few days in Tulum

A bit far from town centre but easy access by car or taxi .

Another great stay at Teetotum, always enjoyable

The team at the Mx'axanab were fantastic and made our stay in mid November 2024 (10 days) very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, is modern in design but with a nod to Mayan culture, and feel like a high end experience. The food and drinks were good quality and reasonable priced when compared to the very high prices on the main restaurant strip.
