The drawers are falling apart and not easy to use. I also found the balcony a little dirty, however overall it is great. Nice pool, good location, great gym. One recommendation to any guests, do NOT remove the permit from your car early like I did. The owners ask you to ensure the permit is returned to the apartment before you leave. I removed it at midnight the night before I left (7am) and came out to find my car towed! You literally need to checkout, put your bags in the car (if you have one) and then quickly return the permit to the apartment and then drive your car out. This info could have been a little clearer to save me 300 in getting my rental car back! ##### Robert K. It was everything you could want…washer/dryer inside the unit, a Keurig with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of coffee pods, great Wi-Fi , a gym that was accessible 24 hours a day, shampoo, soap, etc. The place was very quiet at night, and was within walking distance to a few nice restaurants. It was a short Uber ride to more stores, beaches, and the Tampa airport. The owners were the best though! They were easy to get in touch with, always got back to me right away, and even discounted one of my nights because of a snow storm that canceled some flights! Once in the apartment it was great. The area is very nice with lots of options. Also it's only 30 minutes to Clear Water beach. I would abdolutely stay here again. ##### Pam R. Sara and Kal were great hosts! If I had any questions or concerns about anything they were very quick to communicate. There was an issue with the couch when I checked in but they came over and replaced it with a brand new couch! They even brought over a brand new air mattress as well! Check in process was easy. The place itself was lovely, kid friendly, and spacious. There was plenty to do and the pool was nice. Truly a sunlit escape. ##### Christina R.
