The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and an attached full bathroom, giving every guest personal space and privacy. The layout comfortably sleeps eight.

The spacious living area provides ample room for everyone to gather, watch TV, or plan the next day’s adventures. A dining table and breakfast nook sit nearby, while a patio with seating for two offers an outdoor spot to unwind at any time.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with generous counter space lets you prepare simple meals or relaxed dinners. The adjacent dining area keeps the group connected while you eat.



Laundry & workspace

An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. A dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi support remote work or trip planning whenever needed.



Community amenities

Guests enjoy shared access to a pool, gym, clubhouse, basketball court, grill areas, and walking or biking trails. These spaces provide options for both activity and downtime without leaving the community.



Location & access

The gated community includes a security guard for peace of mind. Parking is available in visitor‑labeled spaces on a first‑come, first‑serve basis, with up to three spots accessible. Short drives bring you to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens, and nearby parks, making it easy to balance outings with time at home.



Pet policy

The unit is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions to share the stay.



Whether you’re here for a relaxed family vacation, a friends’ getaway, or a longer work‑cation, this comfortable, practical setting lets you enjoy the Florida area at your own pace.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
