There is still room for improvement, room & bathroom had roller blind which does not have total blockout from outside so women need to be careful. ECFA Hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. For the entire stay, we failed to connect to their WiFi. The staff explained that’s because there is a limit of number of people using the network. And only 6 people max. out of the entire hotel could use it at the same time, that’s why we have been failing to get connected. We couldn’t connect to their WiFi NOT EVEN ONCE. Other than the network, the shower temperature wasn’t steady. It got extremely hot and sometimes extremely cold. Staff could be friendlier and could be more helpful. Honestly, I would say we would never recommend this place to anyone.
