Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash and recycling goes in the bear box outside.It's a brown box by the driveway. Trash goes inside the bin within the bear box and recycling should be placed next to the trash bin inside.
MAKE SURE THE Bear box outside is closed! we have bears in Tahoe City and this is a special box and it should be securely closet all the time so the bears can't get to the trash.
There is a huge citation fee if the bear box is left open.Please make sure it's securely closed before leaving the property. Thank you.

This is a lovely home looking out into the woods. Very quiet and so incredibly convenient to both cross country and downhill and also to downtown. We’ve stayed here twice and hope to be backNext year.

Tahoe City Retreat

This home was ideal for us to share with another couple attending a wedding in the area. We loved the proximity to great hiking, Tahoe City shops and dining, the lake, and the beautiful forest! I will definitely be back!

Great location. Wonderful floor plan. We moved around the house with ease. Loved the interior design. Very clean. The host was very responsive. The house had everything you would need. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful!

The house was perfect for our family ski trip to Palisades Tahoe. It's an easy drive to the resorts and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful setting with snowy woods out the back. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved having 3 bedrooms with 2 kings and a queen. Excellent communication from our host and easy check-in. Highly recommend!
