the first impression was a clean and friendly

Posted 19-Nov-2015
Pros: From the front desk girl to the people in room service great customer service
Cons: It would be nice to have an iron and iron board
Location: Location close to the highway not to noisy. Great location to get food and mall
I stayed 3 days and the breakfast was awesome. The room service wonderful and the place super quite.

nice hotel for a good price

Posted 28-Sep-2015
Pros: everything
Cons: there's always room for improvement but this hotel i tell you is awesome
Location: when we went there, our main objective was to go to the on-going state fair and it was just minutes away
we were very delighted with our stay mainly because the room was very clean and smells even good and no disappointment at all because what you see in the pictures is what you really get, that's really awesome! My wife and I are excited to book our next stay and this time for a longer period!

I do NOT recommend this place to any one

Posted 17-Aug-2015
Pros: it was close to where I was going.
Cons: everything the front desk could have offered me a different room which they did not.
Location: there is the most amazing place to eat called the POODLE DOG & PUP ROOM just a little way's away from the room.
hard bed, stained coach, light bulbs missing, towels dirty, toilet did not work properly,Wi Fi poor, asked for wake up call did not get it, no local channels on the TV.

Worst stay ever!

Very disappointed in the room - sheets bad cigarette holes in them, room felt dirty, sink was dirty, musty smell, staff not personable, just overall bad experience.

Closest thing to warped tour 2015 that was open

Posted 14-Aug-2015
It was cool. Think hall could add maybe a hot tub? The pool was nice and cold .... Some of the people's kids were weird and invaded our space but the actual hotel was great! Everything was good thanks :)

Geschäftsreise. Kein Aufzug um den schweren Koffer auf die 1. Etage zu bringen. Bescheidenes Frühstück. Sehr einfache Zimmer.

Cheap hotel by the freeway

Posted 10-Aug-2015
Cons: New bedding, air freshener and a thorough cleaning
If you just need a place to stay that's cheap, then this is the place. It's old, stale and not a great place.

Not the best

Posted 04-Aug-2015 on Hotels
Easy on and off I-5, the Rodeway was not in the best of neighborhoods...or at least it didn't feel like it. Many rooms were rented to workers, by the week or month, and they felt like they lived there. It was different than most motel experiences. They were all nice, but it had a different feeling. The pool was not heated, the sheets and towels seemed dingy.

Scary and Shabby!

Posted 03-Aug-2015
Pros: The breakfast was okay.
Cons: Better customer service and friendlier staff. Updates to furnishings and linens as well as the stains around the bathroom, carpets and beds.
Location: It was close to Wild Waves and The Outlet Collection Mall but public transportation was poor. There were no restaurants nearby and staff were not very
The room was in shabby conditions with stains on towels, sheets and shower curtains; no coffee maker or alarm clock, bad wifi, and only 13 channels on tv. The pool was closed from 9pm to 10am so we did not even go swimming. There were hookers working out front and we watched police make an arrest in the parking lot. My friend(who's daughter was with me) tried calling and was repeatedly told we were not staying at the hotel until she threatened to call the police. The staff were unhelpful when asking for directions and not friendly. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10am but they started packing it up at 9am so two of my kids did not get breakfast. On the morning we left a man tried to get me to let him into my room to do crack. Worst experience at any hotel ever!

Disappointed Canadians

Posted 28-Jul-2015 on Hotels
Not considered to be a family hotel as there are many transient workers and truckers. People smoking right outside nonsmoking rooms. The hotel is sandwiched between the I5 and a very busy road, making it very noisey. The room was in need of some TLC. The bed covers have cigarette burns on them even though the rooms are non smoking. Toilet paper was stuffed in the lock plate of the bathroom door so that it would stay closed, dirty stained towels and broken lampshades. The pool was cleaned daily but too cold to swim in despite the warm weather. The breakfast was the same every day and lacked protein. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Would not stay here again and wouldn't rate it 2.7/5 maybe 1/5.
