Poor service & noisy room
We checked in on November 14th. We had pre-paid for our room online, but the girl at the front desk asked us to pay again. We pointed out that we had already paid for our room. She did not apologize. She asked for my driver's license, which she never returned. The same girl checked us out the following morning and did not return my card to me at that time. I didn't notice that it was missing until we arrived home, as my husband drove for the duration of our trip. When I arrived home, I phoned the front desk of the Rodeway Inn. A different girl answered the phone and told me that my driver's license was at the front desk. I am currently waiting for the staff to mail it back to me. This situation has caused a lot of stress and frustration, as I need my driver's license on a daily basis. The bed in our room was fair, however, it was very noisy during the night, partially due to traffic. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and will not return.
