First there is a charge that is refundable that I haven't seen yet. The breakfast was bad and was only from 6am to 9 am. The shower water was either to hot or to cold. There was a bear can on the back porch on the ac unit. The ac would not turn off had to unplug.

No heat in our room. Had to get a portable heater.

No wifi in our room as I had to go to office to access wifi. Was not satisfied with bed linen as fitted bottom sheet kept coming undone on both my and my wife's corners. Recommend you find better motel!

was only there over nite, was nice and clean, with coffee, tea , microwave, frig, even a hair dryer. warmed up fast, also a small market across the street.

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

The room was dirty, the pool was not able to be used because of how gross and dirty it was. I took a shower and the shampoo looked sketchy. They had the same label but were two different shades of green and smell different so I was scared to use them. Grabbed a towel that was fold neatly on the rack in the bathroom and I open it up and am about to put it to my face and then I see a HUGE black hair in it. I have short blonde hair so def not mine!!!!!! Looked at the other towels and they looked clean but did not smell clean. I could not check out fast enough. I told the front desk lady about how dirty my room was and the long black hair in the towel and she just looked at me and kept saying ok. Not even sorry or anything. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I'D RATHER HAD SLEPT IN MY CAR!!!!!!

Dirty floor ( gum stains ) and curtains have poo looking stains on them. Didn't want to get too close

Unprofessional staffs, noisy top

Pros: location is good and close to good restaurants and shopping district
Cons: Educate staffs on customer's services. Eliminate US$50 deposit and do not discriminate where expedia or other customers stay in the property
Location: Nice restaurants, Emerald Queens Casino, Shopping districts etc
The receptionist refused to allow me to use the washroom during check-in, he asked me to go use the toilet across the road in a different property. I stayed 2 nights (March 24-27th, 2017), my room wasn't cleaned during my stay. This property demands a US$50 deposit during check-in. Please note that Expedia customers are only given basement not upstairs rooms. The noise from upstairs is sometimes unbearable. Simply put, the staffs in this property are not motivated to work, for this, they are very unprofessional. Good luck!

It was a decent stay for the price. Didn't see too many things wrong. There was a mirror broken in my room & the key kept messing up

Customer support and service very poor

Front counter not accomodating. Room not clean. Ask for transfer to another room due to room odor and cleanliness lots of questions asked.

I didn't have cable the whole time

Were the reasons we stayed at the motel was to watch Boxing I told two front dust that I didn't have cable or Internet they said everything was working and they would send someone to my room no one ever came I also want to mention that the man working at the front desk was very sick was coughing really bad and I don't think he should have been at work because he was contagious
