I didn't have cable the whole time

Were the reasons we stayed at the motel was to watch Boxing I told two front dust that I didn't have cable or Internet they said everything was working and they would send someone to my room no one ever came I also want to mention that the man working at the front desk was very sick was coughing really bad and I don't think he should have been at work because he was contagious

Terrible Experience

We checked out 10 minutes after checking in. The conditions were terrible. The room smelled terrible, we reserved a king room and were given two queens, each a different size. The carpet was stained, the room was very hot, however with the type of people roaming the parking lot and police already on site we did not feel comfortable opening the sliding glass door for air. The bathroom was disgusting with black rings in the toilet. Very low lighting from two sad lights. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I am quite unhappy with the hotel as well as Expedia.

I stay here because the rooms are clean and comfortable. They have security riding around in the parking lot to make sure the guests are safe.

Not pleasant at all

It is a cheap hotel, the price tells you. The room was very unpleasant and put together with poor skills. One wall was white while the adjacent side was painted in a bright depressing orange color. On the walls you could see where maintenance decided to put bondo on the wall to cover holes. The staff seemed disrespectful, especially in the way that they presented themselves. I clearly saw 3 people sitting around not 1 came to me and said Hello, I have seen better service in fast food sadly. Overall not a pleasant stay and a waste of money, the rooms were freezing even with a heater, they were dirty and poorly made and the staff was not welcoming. I do not recommend this hotel.

Never again!

My husband and I stayed here recently and that was a mistake. The staff were ok to deal with but not very knowledgeable. The room was disgusting. We stayed in what they call a "suite" which means they only added an extra room with a very old couch and included a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were horrible and looked 20 years old. And the room was dirty with things on the carpet and walls. I was very disappointed and we won't be staying there again, even if it was at no charge.

Won't be back here again

Pros: convenience to shops around
Cons: improve Internet, my room can't access it, and they told us they're fixing it.
Location: Close to the movie theater and shopping
they won't allow customers to bring the breakfast in the room, especially we have two little kids still sleeping during that early hour. BUT!!! they allow you to cook anything you like in the room, there is Microwave and refrigerator available. We end up brought back the breakfast in the room from McDonald --no different if they think they want to keep the room clean.

It was a comfortable getaway good breakfast the host was very friendly, but the security guard was rude as hell, he pulled a can of mase out on when I took a walk to go the store. Other than that I had a wonderful vacation.

Room needs updating, Carpets are suspect. But the main thing, the front desk needs Customer Service Training. I was yelled at because I didn't see the sign, that you are not allowed to take the FAKE breakfast to your room. So DON'T do it! Front desk was horrible! Will not stay her again.

A bit dated, but the value for price was great.
