This newly renovated apartment is located on the outskirts of Tinnum, beautifully quiet and right on the Tinnumer Wiesen.
Here we offer plenty of space for up to 4 people in a modern apartment.
In the open living area with a large kitchenette, you can pamper your loved ones and still be there.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. A washing machine can be found in the bathroom.
The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed and plenty of closet space.
In the upper bedroom two single beds with fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers are available.
The bathroom is modern and equipped with enough shelves.
In the garden area is a lawn with beach chair. The private parking is in front of the house, wheels can
be housed on the bike rack.
The Central Westerland beach is about 2 kilometers away, Oasis to the sun is 2.5 kilometers away.
From here you can explore to your heart's content the whole island by bike.
The Westerland city center with countless shops on the boulevards Friedrichstrasse
and beach road can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes. Here you can experience almost big city flair
with its bustle and rush.
In the quiet and idyllic village Keitum drive about 10 minutes. Old, thatched captain's houses with his
beautiful gardens and noble boutiques seduce to stroll. Small, romantic cafes and tearooms
indulge in between with all sorts of goodies.
Be sure to try the frieze cake in "Nielsen's coffee garden" or the cake selection in the "small tearoom",
or try the monkfish with home-made potato salad at "Fish Fiete in the Garden".
Experience the charm of the island on countless, well-developed and signposted bike paths.

#### Schlechte Verfassung der Wohnung
Leider befindet sich kein Internet in der Wohnung Die Möbel sind schon sehr alt und der Schrank im Schlafzimmer fällt auseinander Kleiderbügel gibt es 5 davon sind zwei kaputt Sylt ist schön aber ich würde dieses Objekt nicht mehr empfehlen Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur sind sehr unfreundlich
