The premises is in a beautiful street, very quiet and the accommodation is exactly as it appears on the site. The only downside was the shower recess leaked badly onto the bathroom floor resulting in us needing more towels to place on the floor for safety, the carpet square in the tv area was very dirty and the dishwasher had a terrible terrible smell.
