I booked one night through Expedia. Then I received a phone call from the owner explaining that they did not do one night bookings and I would have to book another night. The owner refused to cancel my booking and refused to give me anything in writing to help me claim back money through my credit card. After an argument on the phone the owner said he would let me stay for one night. Obviously I didn't want to, so now I'm just £90 out of pocket. Worst booking experience ever.
