Adjacent to the living space, the fully equipped open kitchen provides everything needed for comfortable self-catering. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.

The upper floor accommodates all 3 bedrooms, each fitted with individual air conditioning units. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite shower room with bidet and WC. The second bedroom is similarly appointed with 1 double bed of the same configuration, measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
