The Space:

Boasting almost 1200 sf. of space, there is a large downstairs bedroom with a queen sized bed, flat screen HDTV and en suite private bath with stand up shower. The fully stocked eat in kitchen will allow you to prepare gourmet meals and bring the whole family together for fellowship and fun. Relax in the comfort of the living room with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light from the sky lights. In the loft accessed by a spiral staircase, there is another and even larger bedroom with 2 queen beds, a walk in closet, a flat screen tv and another en suite private bathroom with stand up shower. Also, perfect for the working nomad, there is a desk in the loft perfect for working from home!

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.



Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!
