Enjoy the outdoor spaces with two balconies, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor - ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning Sunshine Coast. The Space: As you enter this charming townhouse, you'll be welcomed by a cozy open-plan living area featuring a round dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV, all leading out to the balcony with a high-top table. On this lower level you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking away from home, as well as a laundry area with a front-loading washing machine and a separate toilet. Upstairs you’ll find the below bedroom configuration: Bedroom One (Master Bedroom): The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, an AC unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe cupboard, plus glass sliding doors that open out to a charming back balcony with two sun lounges. Bathroom One: Featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom Two: Furnished with a comfortable single bed, this room has an AC unit, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
