4/2 Selene Street in Sunrise Beach is a bright and well-appointed beachside apartment. Recently renovated, with new carpets throughout, it has amazing ocean views. It's also directly opposite the patrolled Sunrise Beach, perfect for surfing enthusiasts or those with children who love the beach.

4/2 Selene Street sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has ocean views and opens out onto both its own private balcony and the main balcony that is accessed from the living area. Fall asleep to the lull of the ocean and awake to the sunrise, all from the comfort of your Queen bed. The ensuite features a double shower. Louvred shutters between the bedroom and bathroom can be opened or closed to take advantage of the views.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature Queen beds, and both share a family bathroom with an over-bath shower.

The light-filled open-plan living area captures the morning and early afternoon sun. Louvred sliding doors can be opened or closed to take advantage of the cooling sea breezes all year round. Enjoy the stylish and spacious kitchen and dining area or entertain on the expansive north-facing balcony with panoramic views. Or relax on the huge leather couch and enjoy a movie.

There is underground secure parking for 2 cars, a gated intercom, free Wi-Fi and a communal swimming pool.

4/2 Selene Street is ideally suited to couples, smaller families or groups. It is a 2-minute drive to the popular Sunshine Beach village, with a number of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Or, choose to walk along the beach or paved path. It is a 5-minute drive to Noosa's eclectic Hastings St and Main Beach.

The unit was all we required for a relaxing 2 week holiday. Good access to beach, short drive to surf club and Noosa beach. Neat, clean and quiet!!
