Conveniently located on Belmore Terrace in a small, quiet complex, you will be within a 2 min walk to the patrolled, pristine Sunshine Beach and newly renovated surf club – perfect for sunsets drinks and meals! A few minutes stroll to Sunshine Beach village’s great cafes and restaurants for a morning coffee, breakfast or dinner or to pick up some supplies from the general store. The famous Hasting Street is a 5 min drive away or alternatively jump on the local bus which stops on Belmore Terrace and services both Noosa Junction and the Hasting Street and Noosa Beach area. The apartment itself flows over one level with undercover balcony and alfresco dining, making it perfect for a family holiday, or couples’ getaway. We provide all amenities you need including full kitchen and laundry facilities, Nespresso compatible machine, unlimited Wifi, A/C, fans, Weber BBQ and all linen and towels (including beach towels). We supply a starter pack of condiments to help you settle in and you’ll also find basic kitchen staples and luxurious Leif bathroom products. We provide a selection of board games, magazines, children’s books, and DVDs. There is a single, secure, under cover garaged car space with additional complimentary on street parking. A lovely new kitchen has been installed in November 2023 :-) Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions: Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022\. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team. These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins.
